Vince · The assistant inside VendGogh

Ask your fleet. In your own words.

Vince sits inside the portal, one button away on every screen. Ask which machines went quiet, which coils are low, or what sold last week, and Vince answers from your own data. Ask for a change, and Vince shows a plan first. Nothing changes until you select Apply.

Ask

The question you would ask a dispatcher.

Type the question the way you would say it to a colleague. Vince looks it up in your fleet and answers in a sentence or a short list. Each lookup shows by name above the answer, so you can see where the answer came from.

  • Machines

Which machines are not reporting, and when each one last reported.

  • Stock

Which coils are low, and what a machine holds coil by coil.

  • Sales

What sold, where, and for how much, over the period you name.

  • Alerts

Which alerts are open, worst first, and what each one costs a week.

  • Pick lists

What to pull for a stop, item by item.

  • Items

What an item is, and where it sells.

Change

Nothing changes until you select Apply.

Ask for a new item, a machine set-up, a route, a tag or a restock. Vince does the typing. You make the decision.

  1. 01 PlanVince writes the change as a plan: each step on its own line, with what it creates or changes. A dry run checks it against your fleet before you see it.
  2. 02 ApplyYou read the plan and select Apply, or Reject. A plan that deletes data also asks you to type a phrase. Vince cannot select Apply for you.
  3. 03 RecordVendGogh keeps who approved the change, and when. The record stays with the conversation.

Your prompts

One slash away.

The questions you ask every week should not need typing every week.

  • /Your prompts. Type a slash at the start of the message box, and your saved prompts slide up from it, most used first. Keep typing to narrow them.
  • //Every prompt. A second slash lists the starter prompts too, grouped by the job: Set up, Stock, Watch and Money.
  • Save a question that worked. Select Save as a prompt under your question, give it a name, and it is in the list the next time you type a slash.

The keys in the list are buttons too, so it works the same on a phone.

What it costs

One price. A ceiling you can see.

Vince AI chat is an add-on to your plan: $9.95 a month for your operator, and everyone on your team can use it. VendGogh runs it for you, with a monthly spending ceiling we set with you.

Managed by VendGogh

Vince runs on an Anthropic model under a key VendGogh holds for you. Every turn is on the record with its cost, and the AI usage page shows your month against the ceiling. At the ceiling, Vince pauses until we raise it or the month ends. See pricing.

Your own key

Have an Anthropic key of your own? Vince can run on it instead. You pay Anthropic directly, and VendGogh sets no ceiling: only your Anthropic account's limits apply. Ask us.

Where Vince stops

Clear limits.

An assistant is only useful if you know what it will not do.

  • Vince reads only the data of the operator you are working as. A sub-operator’s turn reads that sub-operator, and nothing else.
  • Vince does not link a card reader or set an alert aside. Those stay on their own screens, and Vince says so when you ask.
  • Vince cannot see how much cash a machine holds. It can plan a cash run and propose to record a pickup, and the record waits on your Apply.
  • Vince does not act on its own. It answers your question, or it waits on your Apply.
